Beth's Burger Bar on Universal Boulevard has an old school diner feel built around build your own burgers, from patty to last pickle. Guests call the burgers absolutely legit, fresh and hot with a perfect sear, whether the classic Western or the wilder Peanut Butter Burger and Mac and Cheese Burger. Garlic parm fries and onion rings seasoned just right finish the playful, neighborhood table.
