Bombay Street Kitchen trades the standard curry-house script for the street carts of Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore, a bright, buzzy room on Orange Blossom Trail with a Michelin Bib Gourmand to its name. Guests work through pani puri, crispy kurkuri bhindi bhel and a gunpowder ghee dosa with perfectly spiced potatoes, then finish with Bombay falooda or rasmalai. The cooking is bold and fresh enough that guests say it takes them back to India, and that one visit turns into a craving for the next.
