Caravan is a small, cozy room on South Orange Ave where Uzbek and Turkish cooking share one table, fully halal and family run. Guests come for the mixed grill and lamb skewers, flaky samsa, fragrant To'y Osh pilaf, and fried laghman, with honey cake to finish.
