The full story

The Columbia in Celebration brings a piece of old Florida to Front Street, an old-world, lakeside room of hand-painted tiles and courtyard style, sister to the Ybor City original founded in 1905. The Original 1905 Salad is prepared tableside and guests call it to die for, the sangria is mixed at the table too, and the Paella a la Valenciana anchors the menu alongside empanadas and roast pork. Finish with the white chocolate bread pudding in a room that stays festive and lively.
