Ford's Garage is the sit-down reset inside Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, a vintage garage room with classic cars, shop-rag napkins in hose-clamp rings and sinks set into tires in the bathrooms. The menu runs broad, anchored by Black Angus burgers, a tower of jumbo onion rings, fried pickles and a colossal chocolate cake, with a strong beer selection at the bar. Guests praise the fun atmosphere, but service can crawl when the room fills and an automatic service fee lands on every check, with a tip still expected on top.
