The Glass Knife is a pretty, polished Winter Park cafe named for the antique glass cake knives on its walls, all chic light and careful detail. The creme brulee donut is the signature, built on buttermilk brioche, next to a PB&J donut, avocado and egg toast, and Onyx coffee guests are glad to find. Desserts are priced like little artworks with modest portions, so come for the splurge.
