Nic & Luc is a small, family-run cafe inside the PNC building on Pine Street, scratch-made and no-frills. The menu leans homemade: pork and hash, a burrito with housemade chorizo, an avocado and tomato tartine and a limited prime rib sandwich. The lattes get the same care, sea salt caramel or white chocolate lavender.
