Proper Orlando is a mid-century cocktail lounge on South Orange Avenue where vinyl is the whole point, DJs spinning records only on an analog sound system. The Bamboo cocktail and an espresso martini anchor the bar, krazy loaded fries and a chopped cheese anchor the table, and guests call the upscale vibe one of the best they have experienced in a bar.
