The full story

The Ganachery is a jewel-box chocolate shop at Disney Springs, where an open show kitchen lets you watch ganache squares, sea salt caramels, and chocolate piñatas being made. Artisan s'mores are torched to order, and hot ganache and the Minnie Ganache Pop add to the indulgence. Guests call the bites little morsels of heaven, an homage to a chocolate lover's desires in their words.
