The Write-Up
Running since 1938, the Winter Park Scenic Boat Tour loads a pontoon at the end of Morse Boulevard and drifts through the chain of lakes and the narrow, tree-shaded canals between them. The skipper narrates an easygoing ride past lakeside mansions and Rollins College seen from the water, and guests call it peaceful, scenic and completely different from the theme-park circuit. Boarding is first come and sailings can fill, so arrive with a little time to spare.
