Tucked into a narrow space on Plant Street in Winter Garden, Harrell's is a cute little hideaway for grilled all beef dogs that guests say elevate a simple hot dog and fries. Buns arrive soft, slightly sweet, and toasted with butter, loaded as a Chicago Dog, a Mac Monster, or a chili cheese dog, with hand cut fries and truffle fries on the side. Cold cones and dirty sodas finish things while the Plant Street crowd strolls past the outdoor seats.
