Yellow Dog Eats works out of a century-old general store in Gotha, funky and laid-back, with sandwich names that make you grin before the food lands. The Florida Cracker stacks house pulled pork with coleslaw, gouda, bacon, pickles, and crispy onions, and the pulled pork nachos have a following of their own. Dogs are welcome on the patio, groups spread out, and guests call it less a restaurant than a destination.
