The full story

Garni Café is the Wave Hotel's second floor dining room, a casual French bistro set in a botanical-inspired room of greenery and rattan. Croque madame and steak frites are the signatures, with executive chef Guillaume Robin running the kitchen. It replaced the hotel's earlier HAVEN Kitchen in June 2025 and kept the room's garden calm intact.
