The Write-Up
An open-air stretch of I-Drive with no gate and no ticket to wander in, anchored by the 400-foot Orlando Eye turning above the night lights. Below the wheel sit the SEA LIFE ocean tunnel, Madame Tussauds, and the SlingShot, each billed separately, so the Wheel at sunset is the anchor and the rest is pick and choose. Guests call it a mix of excitement and chill, and the views over the city are the draw.

What People Are Saying
Real words from people who have been, gathered from public reviews. ICON Park & The Orlando Eye holds 4.6 on Google across 50,136 reviews.
“ICON Park in Orlando is the perfect mix of excitement and chill vibes! From the 400-foot-tall Wheel with its stunning city views to the lively restaurants and attractions below, there’s something for everyone.”
“We really enjoyed our time at ICON Park, which was not at all crowded when we visited on a Tuesday in March. No wait for anything.”
“We enjoyed it at night with all the lights. The gate entrance is free. You pay for whatever ride you select.”
Our honest take
Free to enter, and the 400-foot Wheel is a genuinely good way to see the city. The arithmetic to watch: each attraction bills separately, and reviewers repeatedly call the individual rides pricey for what they are. Pick your two or three, ride the Wheel at sunset, and the park is a win. Try to do everything and the day gets expensive fast.
District Story
A hotel in the boondocks, a road paved after it and named to sound big and important, and the corridor that taught Orlando how to be a vacation.
