The Write-Up
The parrilla decides everything at this Argentine steakhouse just off International Drive. Baires Grill serves hand cut steaks and a mixed Parrilla Criolla loaded with sausage, blood sausage, picanha and asado de tira, plus sizzling provoleta. Fried empanadas start the meal, flan with dulce de leche finishes it, and a proper Malbec belongs between those courses. The pitch is great food and good times, delivered through the grill. You taste Argentina most clearly in the mixed grill shared across the table.
