Jaleo at Disney Springs is a vibrant, festive Spanish tapas room guests describe as a non stop party of flavors. Wood fired paella, croquetas de pollo, gambas al ajillo, jamon iberico and patatas bravas arrive as small plates meant for sharing, with sangria and flan to finish.
