Seventeen floors above the Four Seasons, Capa gives the steakhouse a Spanish accent, with a wood-burning grill, an open kitchen and a balcony made for watching Disney fireworks. A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, a Wagyu flight and Iberico pork share the menu with paella, fried cauliflower with capers and a fried egg, and pork cheeks with Marcona almonds. Guests call it romantic, elegant and celebratory, ranking the meal among the top few they have had anywhere near the parks.
