Junior Colombian Burger on East Colonial Drive does Colombian street food by way of the American burger, and nothing about it is quiet. The Explosion Burger stacks plantain, mozzarella, egg, corn and potato sticks, the Triple brings crushed chips and house pineapple sauce, and the pink and garlic sauces go on everything. Guests call the burgers very juicy, some say the best they have had in ages, and the empanadas get praised as the real Colombian deal.
