The Write-Up
Kabooki Sushi hides in an East Colonial Drive strip mall, and guests warn not to let the outside fool you: inside is a dim, upscale room delivering what regulars call a full sensory experience. The menu runs creative, from Money Bags and sticky ribs to foie gras nigiri, wagyu on a hot rock and an ube cheesecake finish. Portions run small for the price and the room gets loud when it fills, but guests keep calling it some of the best sushi in Orlando.
