Owner Aaron Pak's Corrine Drive spot runs two kitchens, one Japanese and one Korean, so a table can hold a Playboy Roll and a sizzling dolsot bibimbap side by side. Guests call it a hidden gem in the Audubon Park area, pointing to the Lava Dips, the Volcano and Spider rolls, kimchi pancakes and bulgogi, and service regulars describe as top notch. Dessert comes as a warm browned butter cookie, on the house.
