Tucked into a courtyard off Park Avenue, Le Macaron is a jewel-box pastry shop guests call a wonderful little hidden spot. The macarons are delicate and flavorful, salted caramel and pistachio up front, with a Rosa Lychee macaron cake, Napoleons, vanilla eclairs and beignets filling out the case. Add pistachio gelato or an espresso, and do not expect the box to last long: guests say it is gone too fast.
