Tucked behind a hidden door inside Talay Thai on North Orange Avenue, Noir Bar is the speakeasy guests call a little hidden gem: dark, moody and blissfully uncrowded. Cocktails like the Adam and Eve and the Divine Presence arrive layered and picture-matched to the menu, with Thai-inspired skewers keeping pace. Old school R&B hums in the background, and the whole room feels built for slow conversation.
