Designer discounts at the north end of I-Drive, built for a full afternoon across shaded walkways. The friction is logistical: peak-hour parking hunts and weekend crowds. Go at opening or on a weekday, park once, and it is the best outlet run in the city. Saturday at noon is the hard mode.
