Wine and Corks is a locally owned bottle shop on East Church Street that also runs a real sushi kitchen inside the same four walls, an unusual downtown pairing that works. The staff loves talking bottles, from crisp whites to full bodied reds, and the self serve tasting taps turn browsing into an experience. Add a salmon tempura roll or a prosecco popsicle and it becomes an easy, unhurried evening.
