Beef Bae, the South Orlando spot formerly known as Charcoal Zyka, runs American barbecue through a Zabiha halal kitchen, and regulars say the pairing works. Guests praise the beef short ribs for their tenderness, the ribs fall off the bone, and the Portuguese chicken has been the hallmark since the start. An Inferno Burger brings the heat, and a mango lassi cools it back down.
