The full story

Hot Asian Buns grew from a Sanford food truck into a brick and mortar shop on South Sanford Avenue, where every bao is handmade from scratch. The steamed buns come out pillowy and tender, filled with Korean fried chicken, beef bulgogi, or lacquered pork belly. Guests call them melt in your mouth good, and the loaded kimchi fries and double fried chicken wings round out the table.
