On Narcoossee Road in Lake Nona, Brooklyn Water Bagel boils and bakes its bagels New York style, treating the local water to mimic the water back home. Transplants say the result tastes just like a NY bagel: soft, fresh, and generously sized, stacked into sandwiches like the Greenpoint and a corned beef reuben. The order regulars defend is the Cubsta, iced coffee poured over coffee ice cubes so it never waters down.
