Sus Hi Eatstation is a playful, ninja-themed counter in Lake Nona where you build your own sushi bowl, roll, or burrito and load it exactly how you like it. The headline build is the Fry Me A River, a tempura-fried sushi burrito that lands crispy and over the top, and portions run huge enough that half a bowl often goes home with you. Everything tastes fresh, the room stays upbeat and quick, and the ube cheesecake is worth saving room for.
