Bruster's on International Drive is a cheerful, old-fashioned scoop stand where the ice cream is made in-store and scooped into fresh waffle cones. Graham Central Station and white raspberry truffle lead the regulars' loyalties, alongside a hot fudge brownie sundae, Southern banana pudding and a banana peanut butter scoop for the plant-based crowd.
