Picanha comes off the grill, feijoada and Brazilian beef stroganoff anchor the hot line, and bobo de camarao brings the creamy shrimp, with Guarana or a caipirinha in hand. Save room for flan and passion fruit mousse, and expect to head back for a second plate.
