A chef-driven noodle spot at downtown's A La Cart food hall on N Orange Ave, where hand-pulled biang biang noodles arrive thick with a firm bite. The spicy chicken katsu and bourbon-spiked chicken noodles hit hard, and guests warn that when the menu says spicy, it really means it. The Goomba goes the vegan route with mushrooms, mustard greens and black vinegar.
