The full story

Mosonori is Chef Henry Moso's handroll bar on Sand Lake Road, a calm, minimalist counter where temaki are made one at a time and handed straight to you so the nori stays crisp. The Moso Omakase set moves through toro, lobster and eel hand rolls, with tastings like hamachi and sides like yamaimo rounding out the counter. It feels intimate and focused, sushi stripped down to fish, rice and timing.
