Family-run since 2006, Nile Ethiopian is a warm, homey room on International Drive where meals arrive shared, mounded on spongy injera you tear and scoop. The Chef's Special layers doro wat, kitfo and sizzling beef tibs, the vegan Taste of Nile platter covers shiro, lentils and greens, and guests say every visit feels like being welcomed into someone's home. Save room for the Ethiopian coffee ceremony, which regulars call a must.
