An old-school Cantonese dining room in Altamonte Springs that transplanted New Englanders call the real thing. The Eight Treasures clay pot is the star guests point newcomers to, with salt and pepper calamari, house fried rice with real shrimp, Hong Kong roast duck and dim sum around it. Portions run huge, dishes land hot and fresh, and the room stays no-frills and family style.
