YH Seafood Clubhouse is Turkey Lake Road's elegant Cantonese room, refined and warm, where round tables fill with family-style plates. Dim sum comes ordered from a check-off menu, black truffle siu mai and crystal shrimp har gow, alongside Peking duck two ways, salt and pepper calamari and golden XO fried rice. Regulars call it the best dim sum they have found in Florida and come back for the hot and sour soup, the fish and the lobster.
