The Write-Up
Kobe turns dinner into theater on International Drive, where teppanyaki chefs work communal grill tables with onion volcanoes, flying shrimp, and tricks guests say they had not seen before. The hibachi sirloin and seafood trio come in enormous portions, and the sushi side holds its own with the Krabby Shrimp roll and soup dumplings. It is lively, generous, and built for birthdays and tables that want a show with their meal.

Our honest take
Dinner and a show, teppanyaki style, family-owned and doing it with flair for years: onion volcanoes, flying shrimp, chefs who read the table. It is theater with a good meal inside it, and groups leave happy. Book the grill for birthdays and visiting family; it has never not worked.
