The Write-Up
Part hi-fi sushi lounge, part underground club, Iron Cow is the Milk District's good contradiction. The kitchen sends out Dynamite and Godzilla rolls and full sushi boats while the sound system does the other half of the work. Then the decks take over: trance nights, drum and bass tour stops, house till late, with good food, good people, and live music sharing the same table. On packed show nights the bar runs thin, so order in rounds and let the music carry it.

What People Are Saying
Real words from people who have been, gathered from public reviews. Iron Cow holds 4.6 on Google across 390 reviews.
“Orlando’s only venue offering you what the culture is like through great music, late night delicious food, attentive fabulous staff and great sound and vibes.”
“Delicious food, amazing drinks, and a customer service oriented team. I can’t wait to come back for my sushi boat!”
“IRON COW has become one of those places where good food, good people, and live music all share the same table, and that’s something worth celebrating.”
Our honest take
On show nights the bar runs thin: one bartender holding down a packed room is a story more than one reviewer tells. The sushi and the sound system are the draw. Eat first, order drinks in rounds, and let the music carry the night.
District Story
One cow, twenty acres and a dairy on the edge of town: the neighborhood that grew up around the T.G. Lee plant and took its name from the milk.
