The Write-Up
Pho Hoa is an unfussy, family-style room on Primrose Drive where nobody comes for the decor and everybody comes for the broth. The pho bo arrives deep and fragrant, the bun bo hue carries a slow chili warmth, and the Vietnamese iced coffee lands thick and sweet. Guests call it some of the most authentic pho in Florida, and it still holds up after all these years.
