Twenty Pho Hour wraps its International Drive room in black-and-white ink lines, a playful comic-book space guests compare to stepping into a music video. The pho is the real draw: rich, clean broths under short rib or crispy pork belly, with guests calling the broth heavenly and among the best they have tried in the area. Kimchi fries, Korean fire noodles and taro churro bites keep the table busy between bowls.
