Bento Sushi is a quick, cafeteria-casual counter inside the UCF Student Union built for grabbing something fresh between classes. Guests go for the salmon poke bowl, spicy Cali bowl, California rolls and chicken gyoza, with bibimbap and chicken donburi for something heartier. Portions run modest, but students call it affordable and friendly, and a favorite stop in the union.
