Selam is a warm, calm, family-run room on Central Florida Parkway serving Ethiopian and Eritrean cooking built for sharing. Wats and tibs arrive on injera you tear and scoop, with a vegetable combination platter guests call huge and richly flavored, lentil samosas, tej honey wine and a buna coffee ceremony to close. Guests who have eaten Ethiopian food for years rank it among the best they have had, and first-timers get walked through everything with patience.
