In Hunter's Creek, Inchin's Bamboo Garden runs Indo-Chinese fusion built for strong flavors and real heat, wok fire meeting Indian spice in nearly every plate. The burnt garlic chili fried rice is the dish guests reach for first, with hot pot momos landing steaming, Mongolian beef, and a Thai yellow curry rounding out the table. The fried rice earns its own praise for tasting clean rather than greasy, and the menu invites ordering too much on purpose.
