The UCF outpost of 4 Rivers Smokehouse sits on University Boulevard, feeding Knights fans and east Orlando families with the full smokehouse lineup. Burnt ends come out of this world, the Signature Angus brisket and pulled chicken get cooked to perfection, and trays fill out with mac and cheese and collard greens. The line moves fast, the room gets game-day loud, and the bread pudding made with Krispy Kreme donuts handles dessert.
