Ice & Bites is a whimsical, anime-tinged dessert cafe near UCF built around taiyaki, warm fish-shaped waffle cones filled with ice cream in flavors like taro and lavender. Sno shaved ice, the famous affogato cloud, espresso poured over cotton candy until it melts into the scoop below, and drinks like Pretty in Pink keep the menu playful, and one longtime guest calls the boba the best they have had in the US outside the West Coast. Board games and a cozy, super cute room make it a place to linger, not just order.
