Kyuramen X Tbaar- Ucf

The Write-Up

The full story

Kyuramen gives ramen a playful stage set near UCF: treehouse-like seating, honeycomb booths and curtain-drawn tables that guests say make you feel like you have traveled to Japan. The bowls carry the show, with Tokyo tonkotsu shoyu, Kyushu spicy tonkotsu and a yin-yang bowl pouring two broths side by side, plus pork bao buns and takoyaki to start. Finish with a TBaar bubble tea, matcha pudding or the cherry blossom jelly in a room guests keep calling cozy and one of a kind.
