The full story

Juju hides inside a converted Pizza Hut on Maguire Boulevard, and guests love that the old roofline gives nothing away. Inside it is a playful, Showa-era Japanese room turning out dry-aged otoro, melt in your mouth beef tongue kushiyaki and a totally addictive mentaiko udon. The kappo bar omakase is the splurge seat, while wagyu gyoza and the Susuru chashu gohan keep the izakaya side grounded.
