The Write-Up
Smoke & Donuts BBQ pairs low and slow barbecue with made to order cake donuts in a casual, family-run Milk District room. The USDA Prime brisket comes moist and tender, the Carolina pulled pork and pork belly banh mi keep the smoke honest, and then there is the Lou, a donut under bourbon maple glaze and brisket burnt ends. Guests joke that the big donut chains could never, especially with donut holes landing on the house.
